Website access

Our server records IP address, date and time, the page called up and the browser used. We need this to keep the site running and safe; the record is deleted after seven days.

Your emails to us

We store your message and contact details while we deal with your request and for any questions that follow. Without your consent we pass nothing on.

Member data of associations

The association remains responsible for its members' data. We process name, email address and membership status on its instructions, solely for its mailings.

Delivery records

We log whether a message was delivered or bounced and, for newsletters, whether it was opened. This helps the association keep its directory current. You may object at any time.

Newsletter opt-out list

Whoever cancels the newsletter is placed on an opt-out list, so the cancellation survives the next update of the member directory.

No tracking on this site

We use no cookies here and do not load fonts, scripts or images from external servers.

Your entitlements

You may request information about the data stored about you, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and a machine-readable copy; you may object and revoke consent. A complaint to a supervisory authority is also possible.
