Member mail

Your members joined for a reason. Keep them in the loop.

Clubs and associations are run by volunteers with day jobs. The member newsletter, the invitation to the general meeting and the reminder about the annual fee still have to go out on time. Postlivo sends them, so the board can spend its evenings on the association instead of on mailing lists.

What associations hand over to us

Member newsletter

News from the board, dates for the calendar, reports from sections and working groups — as often as the association decides, and not more often.

Formal invitations

General meetings and elections need proper notice. We send the invitation with agenda and deadlines and keep a record of when it went out.

Fees and renewals

A factual note on the annual contribution, with amount and due date. One reminder if needed, never a dunning cascade.

Member directory care

Changed addresses, resignations and deceased members are removed promptly, so nobody receives mail they should not.

What we promise the board

An association's list is built on trust between members. We treat it accordingly.

Members only

We write to members and to people who asked for the newsletter. Contacts of sponsors, partners or event visitors stay out.

The list stays with the association

We never use a membership list for anything but the association's own mail, and we hand it back in full when the cooperation ends.

Easy to opt out of the optional

Newsletters can be cancelled with one click. Mail the statutes require, like a meeting invitation, is clearly marked as such.

No outside advertising

Member mail carries no ads from third parties, not even from friendly businesses that support the club.

We answer on working days. Reports of unwanted mail are always first in line.
